Humboldt Conservation Camp, often shortened to HCC, is an NDOC minimum-custody conservation camp at 8105 Conservation Road, P.O. Box 1069, Winnemucca, Nevada 89446. It is operated by the Nevada Department of Corrections with Nevada Division of Forestry fire-camp operations. The official NDOC page lists Warden Nethanjah Breitenbach, Associate Warden Kara Legrand, and Associate Warden Daniel Collier among administrative staff.

HCC opened in 1986 and consists of 22 trailers brought from the Alaskan pipeline project. NDOC describes it as a Nevada Division of Forestry fire camp that can have as many as six 10-person crews fighting fires at any given time. During non-fire periods, crews may work on Department of Transportation highway cleanup and local community projects. Community work crews can be requested through the NDF supervisor at 775-977-5982.
